Private Event Pricing

Package 1: Evening Event (Sunday-Wednesday between the hours of 5-9pm)

  • $275: Includes 3 hours (event, set-up and clean-up) and 1 barista/bartender

    • Space includes the tap room and patio reserved for private event; coffee shop remains open to the public.

  • Additional hour at $75/hour

Package 2: Evening Event (Thursday-Saturday between the hours of 5-10pm)

  • $975: Includes 4 hours (event, set-up and clean-up) and 1 barista/bartender

    • Space includes the tap room and patio reserved for private event; coffee shop remains open to the public.

  • Additional hour at $100/hour

Package 3: Daytime Event (Any day between the hours of 7am-5pm)

  • $275: Includes 3 hours (event, set-up and clean-up) and 1 barista/bartender

    • Space includes the tap room and patio reserved for private event; coffee shop remains open to the public

  • Additional hour at $75/hour

Coffee Shop Reserved/Closed to the Public

  • Requires an additional Barista/Bartender (to be added in Additional Barista/Bartender section below)

Additional Barista/Bartender

  • Additional barista/bartender will be required for:

    • Parties of more than 50 people

    • Parties that include outdoor activities

    • Parties that include reservation/closure of coffee shop to the public

Additional Information for ALL space rentals:

  • An 18% gratuity will be added to the final invoice for gratuity for event staff.

  • Event setup time is included in the price.

  • A 3% fee will be added to any credit card payments.
